Acceptance

By signing in to viallog you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, sign out and stop using the app.

What this is

viallog is personal, experimental software made for tracking peptide experiments. Access is granted on an invite-only, allowlist basis. It is not a commercial product and there is no uptime guarantee, no support contract, and no service-level agreement. The app may be paused, changed, or shut down at any time without notice.

Not medical advice

viallog is a notebook. It is not a medical device, not a clinical decision support tool, and not a substitute for a qualified health professional. Doses, schedules, calculators, and any other output from the app are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and for any consequences of acting on what you log here.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Only enter data that is yours, or that you have explicit permission to enter on someone's behalf.
• Not attempt to access other users' data, bypass the allowlist, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
• Not use viallog for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

Account access

The owner can revoke your access at any time, for any reason, without notice, by removing your email from the allowlist. There is no appeal process and no obligation to explain. This is a personal-scale app, not a platform.

Your data is yours

You retain ownership of everything you enter into viallog. We do not claim a license over your data beyond what is needed to actually run the service for you (storing it, displaying it back to you, backing it up). We do not use your data to train models, sell it, or share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers listed in the privacy policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

viallog is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We make no promise that the app will be available, that data will never be lost, or that calculations will be free of bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of viallog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, lost time, or any health-related outcome. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which for an invite-only personal app is zero.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use viallog after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the jurisdiction of US courts.
